2. Webinar Registration Refunds
2.1 Live Webinar Sessions
Refunds for live webinar registrations are available under the following conditions:
- Full refund: Requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled webinar start time
- Partial refund (50%): Requests made between 3 to 7 days before the scheduled webinar start time
- No refund: Requests made less than 3 days before the webinar or after the webinar has commenced
- Technical failure: Full refund if the webinar cannot be accessed due to platform technical issues on our end
2.2 Pre-Recorded Content
For pre-recorded webinars and on-demand educational content:
- Full refund: Requests made within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed
- No refund: If more than 20% of the content has been viewed or downloaded
- No refund: After 14 days from the date of purchase
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Refunds are not available for monthly subscription fees
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund: Requests made within 30 days of initial purchase if no content has been accessed
- Prorated refund: Available within the first 60 days if less than 10% of available content has been accessed
- No refund: After 60 days or if more than 10% of content has been accessed
4. Bundle Packages and Multi-Course Purchases
For bundled offerings containing multiple webinars or courses:
- Full refund: Available within 14 days if no courses within the bundle have been accessed
- Partial refund: Individual course refunds may be processed according to single webinar terms if the bundle remains substantially unused
- No refund: If multiple items within the bundle have been accessed or downloaded
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Certification fees and examination costs
- Downloadable resources, templates, or materials once accessed
- One-on-one consulting or coaching sessions that have been completed
- Custom corporate training programs
- Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
- Promotional or discounted items purchased during special offers
6. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions
If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to purchased content:

- We will attempt to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- Full refunds are available if we cannot resolve access issues within 7 days
- Extended access may be provided as an alternative to refunds
